I work at the Madison Branch. I was able to download the picture, but only as a bitmap image. Unfortunately, the 3 photo editing software programs that I tried will not upload bitmap images. Please Help!

EW – I think I see what happened. Internet Explorer 6 will save pictures as a bitmap by default from that menu option.
Try this: When you right click on the image, choose save TARGET as. This should let you save the picture to your desktop as a jpeg rather than a bitmap.
